Yes! Residents can sign up and report waste issues completely free. There are no hidden fees or premium tiers for basic reporting and tracking.

How long does it take for my report to be addressed? +

Most reports are addressed within 24–48 hours depending on location and severity.

Which areas in Lagos does TrashBeta cover? +

We currently cover several LGAs across Lagos, with plans to expand based on demand.

Can I track my report status? +

Yes. You can track the status of every report from submission to resolution.

What types of waste issues can I report? +

Illegal dumping, missed collection, blocked drainage, overflowing bins, burning waste, and more.

Do I need to create an account to report? +

Creating an account helps you track status updates, but guest reporting can be added later.
